Holistic Prenatal Care Shapes Stronger Bodies, Sharper Minds, and Future Champions Rooted in Vedic Wisdom

Dr. Jitinkumar H. Soni, Former Vice Chancellor Swarnim Gujrat Sports University

Abstract

Garbha Sanskāra, an ancient Vedic practice, emphasizes the holistic nurturing of unborn children through nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and spiritual influence. Modern research supports these principles, showing that a mother’s well-being significantly impacts her child’s development, including brain function, emotional stability, and athletic potential. By integrating Vedic prenatal care with modern medicine, mothers can nurture healthier, more resilient generations
