Membership Benefits
Section 1. Purpose of Membership
The Corporation may establish membership programs to further its charitable, educational, religious, scientific, and research purposes. Membership is intended to engage individuals and organizations in the Corporation's mission and programs. Membership does not confer any ownership interest or control over the assets, governance, or operations of the Corporation.

Section 2. Classes of Membership
Membership shall be open to all individuals and institutions who support the purposes and mission of the Corporation. The following membership classes are hereby established:
The VSVV shall have the following classes of membership:
- General Members ($51/year)
- Access to digital copies of World Vedic Calendar, Vedic Science Journal, and selected online contents
- Priority invitations to online events, like seminars, lectures
- Bronze (Supporting) Member ($251/year)
- All benefits of General Membership
- Discounts on courses and workshops
- Access to members-only resources
- Silver (Sustaining) Member ($351/year)
- All benefits of Bronze (Supporting) Membership
- Free access to select events and webinars
- Free of cost Hard Copies of World Vedic Calendar and Vedic Science Journal
- Recognition on the website
- Golden ($1,999/5 years)
- All benefits of Sustaining Membership
- Free Access to 5 courses/ classes and digital library
- Diamond (Life-time) (Once in life $ 4999)
- All benefits of Golden Membership
- Life time Free Access to courses/ classes and digital library
- Life Time Achievement Award for help pursuing the Not-for Profit objective of the VSVV
- Special acknowledgment in annual publications
- Student Members ($ 25/year)
- Student Members are individuals currently enrolled in an accredited institution or VSVV programs.
- They shall receive all benefits of General Members
- Special Member (Free)
- Special membership shall be granted at the discretion of the Board to ensure broad accessibility, especially to students who are needy and those of underserved communities.
- They shall receive all benefits of Sustaining Members
- They may also be granted waivers or scholarships at the discretion of the Board to give them free access to one online or zoom class in an year.
- Institutional Members ($251/year)
- All benefits of Silver (Sustaining) Membership for 3 representatives
- Free of Cost Hard copies of Vedic Science Journal and World Vedic Calendar for the period of their membership
- Collaboration in academic and research activities
- Institutional profile on website
Section 3: Honorary Life Member - Upon motion and approval by the Board of Directors, an Honorary Life Membership may be conferred upon a member or nonmember who has rendered singular and extraordinary service to Vedic Science Virtual Vishva-Vidyapeeth, USA. Honorary Life Members shall enjoy all privileges and beneļ¬ts of General members without further payment of individual annual membership fees.
Section 4. Membership Term and Dues
Membership dues are suggested and voluntary contributions that support the VSVV’s activities. No member shall be denied access to benefits solely due to financial inability. Membership terms run on an annual basis, except for Lifetime Members.
Section 5. Non-Voting Status
Members shall have no voting rights, management authority, or financial interest in the Corporation. The Board of Directors retains full authority over governance decisions.
Section 6. Termination of Membership
The Corporation may terminate or suspend membership for cause, including but not limited to conduct that is harmful to the Corporation’s mission or violation of its policies, upon a majority vote of the Board of Directors.
Section 7. Compliance with Section 501(c)(3)
No part of the net earnings of the Corporation shall inure to the benefit of any member. All membership activities and benefits must be consistent with the exempt purposes described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
